Details about the upcoming series Zero 40 Leaked ahead of Infinix’s official launch tomorrow. The leak reveals the specifications, features and price of both Zero 40 5Gand for Zero 40 4G.

Infinix Zero 40 5G specifications

The jewel in the crown is Infinix Zero 40 5G. This model features a large 6.78-inch LTPS AMOLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and up to 1500Hz touch sampling rate. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects against scratches and cuts.

Under the hood, the phone has the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB, both using the high-speed UFS 3.1 technology.

The device is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports a variety of charging options, including 45W wired, 20W wireless, and even 10W reversible wired charging, ideal for charging compatible devices on the go.

The Zero 40 5G’s camera system also looks well-equipped. The main ISOCELL HM6 sensor is 108MP with support for optical (OIS) and electronic image stabilization (EIS).

It comes with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor along with a quad-LED flash. For selfies, the phone is said to have a 50MP ISOCELL JN1 sensor with dual flash and EIS on the front.

Both the front and rear cameras can record 4K video at 60 frames per second, but one interesting addition is integration with GoPro devices, although specific details remain unclear.

On the software front, the Zero 40 5G runs on the latest Android 14 with Infinix’s XOS 14.5. The company promises at least three years of security patches and updates for Android 16 in the future. IP54-rated dust and water resistance, WiFi 6E, NFC, an under-display fingerprint scanner, and JBL-tuned dual speakers round out the feature set.

Infinix Zero 40 4G specifications

For budget users, the Infinix Zero 40 (4G) is a more affordable option. It has the same large 6.78-inch AMOLED display, but with a slightly lower 120Hz refresh rate. This device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G100 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The notable thing about this model is that it doesn’t feature wireless charging.
