Motorola has introduced its mid-budget smartphone, the Moto S50, starting at $ 310. The device has nothing strong or distinctive about it, but it’s not bad in everything at once. For example, a 120-hertz pOLED display with a resolution of 2670×1272 pixels, a diagonal of 6.36 inches and a peak brightness of 3000 cd/m2 is used here.

Yes, it’s certainly not a compact device, but it’s smaller than most devices on the market. And if you take away flagship models from Google, Apple and Samsung, there are hardly any smartphones around that size.

At the base there is also 12/256 GB of memory, and for $ 350 there is a version with 12/512 GB. At the heart of it is the Dimensity 7300 SoC, there is also a 32-megapixel front camera, the main camera is a Sony IMX896 sensor with a resolution of 50 MP, a 10-megapixel “phone”, which is almost not found in this class, but the battery here is not the largest – 4310 m from 68 – cotton charge. Moreover, there is even 15-watt wireless charging, which is also rare at this price. There is also protection against water (IP68). Three Pantone-certified colors and a rather narrow frame stand out.
