Goodbye FineWoven
Apple introduced its FineWoven material as a new eco-friendly alternative to leather on the iPhone 15 series last year. People were skeptical when Apple announced it, and when the cases went on sale, their skepticism turned out to be correct.
Covers It scratched easily, didn’t hold up well, and ultimately didn’t feel like a premium product.although its price is $59.
However, at yesterday’s event, Apple no longer showed off its FineWoven cases, instead only showcasing its clear and silicone cases.
Interestingly, the FineWoven wallet still appears to be on sale for $59.

The new cases work with MagSafe and “exactly match the design and buttons of the iPhone 16.”
The most interesting thing is that you can order them today and receive them by the end of the week (at least in the US, but the smartphones themselves will only open for pre-orders on Friday and will go on sale a week later).
