The announcement of the next-generation iPad is expected in the fall. And so, a few months before the presentation, interesting details about the device surfaced on the Web.
Insiders said that the device will be based on the Apple A14 chip, which supports 5G mobile networks. This will change the tablet’s charging port from branded Lightning to the more versatile USB-C.
The screen of the new iPad will get bigger. If it was 10.2 inches before, it will now be 10.9 inches with a resolution of 1640 x 2360 pixels, just like the iPad Air.
It is unknown whether this will change the price of the novelty. However, it is already clear that this will be the most affordable tablet in the Apple series.
