Reportedly Oppo It is planning a new K-series phone for the Chinese market. Recently, a Digital Chat Station tipster took to Weibo to reveal that the device in question has the model number PKS110. In a new post on Weibo, the tipster has revealed a few more details about the device.
Key features of upcoming Oppo K series phone revealed
Earlier this year, Oppo launched the Oppo K12 and K12x smartphones in China. These devices are powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 and Snapdragon 695 chipsets respectively. DCS recently announced that the upcoming K-series phone Oppo PKS110 will feature a 6,500mAh single-cell battery.
In a new leak, DCS seems to have revealed the key specifications of the same device. It has been revealed that the device will feature an OLED panel with FHD+ resolution. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Snapdragon SM7550 chipset which is none other than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3.
The device is said to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back. It is expected to house a 6,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. Despite the massive battery, it is expected to feature a relatively thin and lightweight design. As for the design, the device is said to feature a high-strength polymer composite frame.
There is currently no clarity on whether the phone belongs to the new Oppo K13 series or a new addition to the K12 series. Hopefully, the rumor mill will reveal more details about the phone in the coming days.
