For comparison, the iPhone 15 received 4 points from iFixit for repairability. Experts noted the easy access to various components of the iPhone 16, as well as quick access to the battery.

But these are far from all the features of the inner world of the iPhone 16. For example, the smartphone’s battery is now fixed with the help of a new conductive adhesive composition: a small current is passed through the glue to remove the battery – this way it is much easier to remove the battery than using special nails. Simply put, battery replacement is now much easier.

As for the negatives, it includes the new camera control button and settings. It turned out to be welded to a smartphone, so if the button breaks, you will need to replace the case.
