According to a Weibo post from reliable source Digital Chat Station (DCS), iQOO13 It could be the first phone to feature BOE’s latest light-emitting technology for mobile OLED panels.

The new technology is said to offer a number of improvements, including a 33% increase in panel lifespan and a 10% reduction in power consumption. The leak also suggests a 12.5% ​​increase in “global” brightness, and the new display technology could also reduce the risk of screen burn-in by up to 50%. This will be a slight improvement in quality of life over the iQOO 12’s already excellent display, with particularly promising claims on panel durability and screen burn-in prevention.
