Apart from India, the device is also expected to launch in many Southeast Asian markets, similar to the iQOO 12. Ahead of the anticipated global launch, a global version of the device has emerged revealing the model number in the IMEI database.
According to reports, the iQOO 13 variant shipped to China has the model number V2408. As for the global variant, a newly spotted IMEI database listing reveals that its model number is I2401. According to reports, iQOO 13 will feature a 6.78-inch BOE Q1 flat screen with 2K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, up to 16 GB LPDDR5x RAM and a 6,100 mAh battery with wired and 50W wireless charging support. The device can be shipped with up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage in China, while the global model can reach a maximum capacity of up to 512 GB.
For selfies, the Vivo X200 may feature a 16-megapixel front camera. The rear camera setup may include a 50MP Sony IMX921 main camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP IMX826 telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. It comes pre-installed with Android 15 based on OriginOS 5.
The IQOO 13 is likely to come with other features like dual speakers, in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and IR blaster. In terms of design, the iQOO 13 may feature a metal middle frame, halo light bar at the back, and an IP68 ruggedness rating.
