First Look at One UI 7: Galaxy S25 Ultra runs Android 15

Ice Universe He shared an image showing the South Korean technology giant’s flagship phone running on its own Android 15-based interface. When we look at the image, we can fully see the new control center of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Note that this is just a model, so it’s not official yet. The design of the Galaxy S25 Ultra was previously leaked through mockups, and now we have the software design.

Just last week, we featured a report on how ColorOS 15 and OxygenOS 15 feature an Apple iOS-inspired interface. Although it’s not a direct copy, even the One UI 7 layout has an iPhone-like control center. It has a split notification panel with rounded corners and transparencies. There are also uniform sizes for control widgets.

These redesigns aren’t limited to the Control Center, as other leaks show changes to the One UI 7 app bar, home screen, and settings apps. The battery icon and indicator, as well as the camera app with controls, are also expected to receive an update. That’s all the information we can gather from this image alone. Stay tuned for more as we will provide updates as more information comes online.
