The news was shared by Greg Joswiak, Apple’s vice president of international marketing. On his page on X, he posted a teaser with two logos: the proprietary Finder program and the company itself.

What do we expect from the presentation?

Joswiak just used one very necessary word and it made everything clear for us. He wrote: “Your Calendars Mac” (Your Calendars Mac). It is impossible to translate literally. In a sort of play on words, he turned the product name into a verb meaning “sign” or something similar. This way it searches to remember a specific day, i.e. Monday.

Match It is a family of different products that includes MacBook laptops, iMac monoblocks, Mac Pro desktops and Mac mini compact computers. They traditionally have a separate release date rather than being released on the same day as iPhones or tablets. Looks like their time has come.

Next week, Apple is expected to unveil a wide range of computers powered by the M4 chip:

• two models MacBook Pro 14 and 16 inches.
• renewed macmini.
• New 24-inch monoblock iMac.

About mac pro We haven’t heard any rumors, so it looks like the company won’t be updating its most powerful machines this time around.

All new products will be equipped with different variants of the M4 chip, which will be represented by a wide power range from M4 to M4 Max.

One point remains unclear: Joswiak did not specify the exact time, so this could mean: there will be no traditional video presentation. Instead, the company will likely issue text-based press releases and post relevant product pages on its website. For example, the company chose this method for iPad mini 7.

The company representative also noted that “we’re into an exciting week of announcements,” so we might not get everything at once — the company may extend the pleasure even further by releasing announcements in stages.

What exactly will be updated

• There will be no design changes in the MacBook Pro and will mostly focus only on changes in the chip and its power. The laptops will get two configurations, M4 Pro and M4 Max, which will boost computing and graphics performance.
• The Mac mini will receive a significant design update, and the device itself will also be more compact than current models. Rumor has it that the height and width will decrease. It will receive configurations from the M4 and M4 Pro.
• The 24-inch iMac with M4 chip will have the same design as existing models. They are expected to have a single-chip configuration, but it is not yet clear which one. It is likely to be the M4 Max.

Software

• The company is also expected to release new software updates for everyone on Monday, including iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, macOS Sequoia 15.1, tvOS 18.1, and VisionOS 2.1. The updates will bring the first few Apple Intelligence features to the company’s entire product line.
• There’s probably a reason why the Finder program logo is shown to us – the company may be preparing an important update for it.
