itel launched these models in the Philippines as the continuation of the S24 series. itel S24 series of course. From the name to the design, it’s clear that itel has taken a fun look at the upcoming Galaxy S25, offering a similar boxy look albeit with the unique ring-shaped flash (plus an extra flash for good measure).

Technical specifications of itel S25/S25 Ultra

While the S25 has a flat AMOLED display, the S25 Ultra upgrades to a curved AMOLED display with a dual-tone color scheme. Features, basic. The S25 has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is working on a yet-to-be-confirmed chipset, but rumors point to Unisoc T612.

You get a 50MP primary camera paired with a 32MP selfie camera, DTS audio for a predictable listening experience, and a decent 5,000mAh battery. Unfortunately, fast charging is not mentioned in this model. It has IP54 splash protection, which is nice.

The S25 Ultra offers slightly better features. It keeps the same screen size and refresh rate but upgrades to a curved AMOLED panel protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i (a less rugged version of Victus glass).

Inside you will find a Unisoc T620 chipset paired with a 50MP primary camera and a 32MP selfie camera. You also get an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security. Fortunately, the Ultra version increases the water resistance level to IP64, making it more resistant to dust and water.

Price and availability

The Itel S25 starts at around $110 for the 8GB/128GB variant, while the S25 Ultra starts at around $210 for the same RAM but double the 256GB. Itel S25 is available for pre-order now, while the S25 Ultra is available for pre-order on November 10. The S25 is available in three colours: Bromo Black, Mambo Mint and Sahara Shiny. The S25 Ultra, on the other hand, offers Meteor Titanium, Bromo Black and Komodo Ocean.
