According to @stufflistings, the Chinese tech giant will launch the vanilla model Xiaomi 12S with three memory configurations. This will reportedly be 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and the top version 12GB + 512GB. Additionally, high-end smartphones will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

Moving to the Pro version, the Xiaomi 12S Pro will be launched on both the MediaTek Dimensity chipset and the Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. Speaking of the latter in the first place, it will likely be offered in three configurations, including an 8GB + 128GB option, an 8GB + 256GB option, and a 12GB + 512GB option. The Dimensity 9000-based 12S Pro, on the other hand, will only be available with 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB storage options.
It is noteworthy that the 12S Pro model, which has a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, can also support fast charging with 120 watts of power.
