The Apple president shared stories of users whose lives were saved by notifications from Apple Watch and reassured that the company is committed to improving its healthcare offerings:

We are currently monitoring sleep apnea and working on long-term research projects. We are 100 percent committed to what we do.

When it comes to product announcements, Cook has considered switching from live presentations to pre-recorded formats, as has been the case during the pandemic. He also realized the effectiveness of online presentations in reaching a wider audience.

Cook also touched upon his future at Apple and said that he would remain CEO for the duration. “The voice in my head won’t say: ‘It’s time’.
