AYA NEO presented its AIR series on crowdfunding site Indiegogo. Available in a variety of configurations, the AYA NEO AIR series starts at $499 for the flagship Pro model and goes up to $1255. The shipment of AYA NEO AIR series orders is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2022.

AYA NEO launched its AIR series on Indiegogo two months after the company’s CEO started mocking the device. While AYA NEO has published full specifications for the entire AIR series, it has added a third model to its range. Until now, the company had assumed that there would be three more versions of the AIR Pro alongside the two regular configurations of the AYA NEO AIR.

Instead, the AYA NEO AIR series begins with the AIR Lite, which replaces the original entry-level AIR model. So the AYA NEO AIR series starts on Indiegogo for $499 with the AMD Ryzen 5 5560U plus 8GB RAM and 128GB RAM. It looks like the AYA NEO AIR Lite will eventually sell for $549, although the company hasn’t confirmed when that will happen.

Ironically, AYA NEO doesn’t list Indiegogo when it hopes to start shipping the AIR series. However, the company had previously estimated that the devices would be delivered in the third quarter of 2022. Conversely, devices with AIR Plus and Ryzen 7 6800U support won’t be out of the warehouses until Q4 of 2022. Source
