Huawei today officially introduced the nova 10 series of smartphones. The series traditionally has two models – nova 10 and nova 10 Pro. The latter was the first smartphone in the world to have a front camera system, in which two modules with sensors with a resolution of 60 and 8 MP are installed, each with autofocus. The first uses an ultra-wide-angle lens, and the second uses a portrait lens. Up to 5x zoom is achieved thanks to the difference in focal lengths and further software operations.

The hardware platform, unfortunately, is the outstanding Snapdragon 778G. The main camera is also pretty standard – it uses sensors with a resolution of 50 MP (with RYYB pixel arrangement and wide-angle lens), 8 MP (above the wide-angle lens), and 2 MP (for depth-of-scene analysis).

Huawei nova 10 Pro is equipped with an OLED display with a diagonal of 6.78 inches and a frame rate of 120 Hz, a battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh (full charge in 20 minutes) with support for fast charging with a power of 100 W. , Wi-Fi 6E connectivity.

The Nova 10 screen is slightly smaller – 6.67 inches, and the front camera is single here – with a 60-megapixel sensor and an ultra-wide-angle lens. The main camera is the same as the nova 10 Pro. The battery capacity was 4000 mAh, the maximum charging speed was 66 W. Wi-Fi 6E and NFC chips are available.

What’s New runs on HarmonyOS. The thickness and weight of the nova 10 are 6.88 mm and 168 grams, while the nova 10 Pro is 7.88 mm and 191 grams. Pre-sales in China begin today, retail – July 8th. Prices look like this:
