Huawei once again showed what it can do two elegantly designed mobile phones. Today we are talking about the new Huawei Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro, two mid-range models that were introduced in China and offer outstanding features for its price range. As we saw with the Huawei P50e with which they shared a lot, the new Novas are a perfect example of Huawei’s great aesthetic taste and continue to stand out in many departments.
This is what the two mid-range models, the Huawei Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro, have to offer, as we saw with the Snapdragon 778G processors, whose ultra-compact design and high-end photography section are unusual.

Dual front cameras up to 60 megapixels and 100W fast charging
The difference between the Pro model and the standard model is mainly in size, the Pro model being slightly larger and heavier as well as having dual front cameras. Both Huawei Nova 10 and Nova 10 Pro OLED panels with FullHD+ resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.
Added inside the processor Snapdragon 778G produced with 6 nanometers and 4G connection. This detail without 5G connectivity is understandable in China but could be a problem for its expansion in international markets by mid-2022. We have 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage accompanying this chip.
The Nova 10’s battery stays at 4,000 and 4,500 mAh with 66W fast charging and 100W in Pro model. Other models may offer more capacity, but these are excellent numbers for the two models whose thickness drops to around 7 and 8mm respectively. Remaining light weight at 168g on Nova 10.
In the photography department, Huawei repeats with the Nova 10 what we saw on its flagship P50. We find a 50-megapixel RYYB main sensor accompanied by two other wide-angle and depth sensors. What stands out this time is on the front.
Huawei Nova 10, a 60 megapixel wide-angle front main sensor, under the hole in the screen. Rather than stop here, Huawei is determined to continue expanding the capabilities of the front camera with a secondary 8-megapixel sensor for portraits.
No surprises here with less software for a handset currently remaining in the Chinese market. HarmonyOS 2.0 is the software responsible for mobile. An Android modification without Google services that you bet App Gallery and Huawei’s own services.
