AppleInsider reported that Wedbush Securities analyst Dan Ives said the iPhone 14 will be one of Apple’s most expensive smartphones. The increase in the cost of new products is due to the lack of components.

Dan Ives said the prices for the components needed to manufacture the iPhone are increasing throughout the supply chain. The costs are too high for the company to recoup them, so they will have to be passed on to buyers. According to the analyst, the prices of the iPhone 14 will increase by $ 100.

Thus, the price of the base iPhone 14, the youngest model in the series, will start at $ 900. You’ll already have to pay $1,000 for the iPhone 14 Max (or iPhone 14 Plus), they’ll ask for $1,100 and $1,200 for the basic versions of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
