Judging by the photos posted on Twitter, the full-size concept was presented at one of the exhibits. Until now, the development was simply called the “Next Generation Main Battle Tank”.

What is known about the new military vehicle

As the source noted, the layout of the future tank is similar to the modern one: a place for the driver in the middle of the hull, a turret with a gun at the rear, a month for three crew members: driver, commander and gunner. However, new mobility, firepower and protection technologies are used.

• It is based on a capsule-type combat compartment, which allows the tank to be used in extreme conditions with maximum ballistic and anti-mine protection.
• The hull offers a high level of protection using passive and active armor.
• The tank will be equipped with an active protection system to repel attacks from 360-degree guided missiles and rocket-propelled grenades around the vehicle, as well as a system for detecting explosive devices.
• Both sides of the tower will be equipped with smoke grenade launchers.
• Additional weapons will be “hidden” inside the tower.

The engine is diesel, which will allow to develop the maximum speed. 70 kilometers per hour on roads and 50 kilometers per hour off-road.

It was noted that the new tank was designed for installation. 130 mm smoothbore gun. It is also known that the suspension will use rubber track technology and the entire structure will weigh 55 tons.
