The Legion brand reveals that the Legion Y70 will be a gaming phone. However, its images show that it will be a lighter device compared to the Legion Y90, which was released in March 2022. The Chinese manufacturer has confirmed that the Y70 will be offered in three colors: Ice Soul White, Titanium Crystal Gray and Flame. Red. Among the three, the red variant has a two-tone design.
As a reminder, the middle of the back of the Y90 has dual cameras and an RGB light bar. However, the Y70 has a traditional design with a triple camera setup in the upper left corner. The camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Legion Y70 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The device is expected to come with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will be powered by a 4,800mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging. Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner and Android 12 operating system with a custom ZUI overlay on top.
