As he reported channel 24, the installation of networks of air quality monitoring stations was initiated by the LUN City AIR team, which already owns networks of air quality stations in Kyiv, Lviv and Odessa. The stations were developed thanks to collaboration with scientists from the Kyiv National University named after Shevchenko.
How do stations work?
The devices measure the concentration of ultrafine particles such as PM 1, PM 2.5, PM 10, as well as temperature, humidity and pressure. In this way, citizens receive information about air pollution from car emissions and large-scale fires.
During the war, we must record all the crimes of Russia – especially environmental crimes. Our system will help with this. In addition, air quality is always important, because polluted air exacerbates and provokes cardiovascular, pulmonary, respiratory diseases, even has a bad effect on mental health,
