Xiaomi is expected to launch a new 12T smartphone series soon. The lineup is said to include the Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro, which could be a rebranded Redmi K50 Ultra. Recently, both smartphones have been listed on various certification sites. Today, the high-end Xiaomi 12T Pro was spotted on the Thai National Telecommunications and Telecommunications Commission’s (NBTC) website, hinting that it will soon launch in Asia.

First spotted by informant Mukul Sharma, the Xiaomi 12T Pro appeared on the NBTC certification website with model number 22081212UG. As usual, the listing did not reveal many details about the device, except that it has 5G 4G LTE connectivity, dual SIM and NFC support. It was seen that NBTC has approved the smartphone.

Recently, the Xiaomi 12T Pro was also spotted on the FCC with the same model number. The listing said it will be available in 12+256GB, 8+256GB, and 8+128GB RAM and storage configurations.

Features of Xiaomi 12T Pro

The Xiaomi 12T Pro will have a 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The screen will also have an under-display fingerprint sensor for security. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will run MIUI 13 based on Android 12.

In terms of cameras, the device could have a triple primary camera consisting of a 200MP Samsung HP1 primary sensor (with OIS, EIS), an 8MP ultra-wide unit and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, there may be a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. It is also expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
