A new post from Xiaomi’s head Lei Jun has surfaced on the Chinese social network Weibo. According to the founder of the company, he is currently actively testing the brand’s new phone, which is preparing to launch in the global market in the near future.

According to experts, it’s about the Xiaomi 12T Pro. A distinctive feature of the device was the use of a 200 MP camera sensor in it – for the first time in the history of the Chinese IT giant. Moreover, we are talking about the Samsung HP1 sensor, which can also be seen on the Moto X30 Pro before.

We will remind you that Xiaomi’s new flagship is also associated with a 6.67-inch flat screen with a resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels. The refresh rate of the screen will be 120 Hz. The basis of the device will be Qualcomm’s top processor Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1.

Note that the base Xiaomi 12T will be equipped with a Dimensity 8100 chip from MediaTek and a 108 MP main camera.

The new products are expected to be launched in October 2022.
