Huawei presented its Mate 6 phones in September. The Mate 50, Mate 50 Pro and Mate 50 RS Porsche Design are already on sale in China, and now the base model Mate 50E has finally arrived. Of course, it is simpler and at the same time cheaper than other models in the series.
The base Mate 50E with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash memory is asking for $560 in China, and the variant with 256GB flash memory is priced at $630.
The Mate 50E has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (2700×1224 pixels) and a frame rate of 90 Hz. The hardware platform is based on SoC Snapdragon 778G 4G. The battery capacity was 4460 mAh, the maximum charging power was 66 W. Like other models in the series, it received an XMAGE camera, but simplified as much as possible with sensors with a resolution of 50 and 13 MP and support for 10x digital zoom.
