Sony China today announced the rapid launch of the Sony Xperia 5 IV smartphone, which is now available for pre-order across China. Sales will begin on October 20 in China. The Sony Xperia 5 IV smartphone version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of flash memory is available for $875.

This is a flagship phone with a small 6.1-inch screen and a body width of 67mm, smaller than the Xiaomi Mi 12S and Samsung Galaxy S22. The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery while weighing just 172g like the iPhone 14.

Sony Xperia 5 IV uses an OLED HDR display, a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 single-crystal system, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, three image sensors with a resolution of 12 MP on the back panel. It supports 30W wired charging and wireless unknown power. The smartphone corresponds to the degree of protection IP68.

Also, Sony Xperia 5 IV supports surround sound and High Definition audio. There is a 3.5mm jack and support for DSEE Ultimate and LDAC technologies.
