Users experiencing the new issue are advised to disable and re-enable the Surround Sound feature as a workaround.
A member of the Reddit forum said that the problem persisted even after replacing the AirPods Pro 2 with new ones.
Apple has not yet commented on the complaints of AirPods Pro 2 users. It is also unknown what the sound displacement and other errors may be related to. In case of a software bug, the issue may be fixed in a future software update.
