Judging by the official website of the company, Esper Hand is already registered FDA (US Food and Drug Administration). The invention received sales authorization in the USA and cooperation with American insurance companies.

Esper Hand consists of 288 unique components in total: 142 metal, 130 plastic and 16 silicone elements. It is made by hand casting, milling and multi-jet hot melt printing (MJF).

Using advances in artificial intelligence and digital signal processing, the Esper Bionics Prosthetic Hand is the first artificial intelligence cloud-based robotic prosthesis to get smarter over time.
