The Xiaomi 13 series is expected to launch in China next month. The brand has yet to reveal any official details about the smartphones. Both the regular and Pro variants were spotted in the leaked images and certificate websites. The key features of the Xiaomi 13 duo have also surfaced online before.

Now a Weibo user has shared a new leaked image of the Xiaomi 13. The image shows the same square form factor and square design of the smartphone’s camera module as before. However, one noticeable difference is the color scheme of the rear panel. As seen in the rendered image, the camera module is white while the rest of the back panel is brown. It also appears to have leather texture, suggesting that the device may indeed be leather. Other than that, the renders don’t show any additional details.

Xiaomi 13 was spotted on Geekbench earlier today with model number 2211133C. It had 12GB of RAM under the hood and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with Android 13 out of the box. The device scored 1497 points in the single-core test and 5089 points in the multi-core test.

Rumors suggest that the Xiaomi 13 will receive significant upgrades compared to its predecessor. It will be equipped with a 6.2 inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. The device is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX8 series camera sensor and 120W fast wired charging.
