Xiaomi’s account, which has been inactive for about a week after the death of China’s leading leader, has finally become active. In addition to confirming the new launch date, the company has released several posters to showcase the design of the Xiaomi 13. The official launch of the Xiaomi 13 series is scheduled for December 11 at 19:00 (local time) in China. The event will feature many products such as Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, MIUI 14, Xiaomi Watch S2 Smart Watch, Xiaomi Buds 4 TWS Headphones and Mini Host Desktop PC.

Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro will have the same design. Reports claim that the Pro model will be a larger version of the Xiaomi 13. So they are expected to have a similar design. Here is a look at the official images of the Xiaomi 13.

As you can see, the Xiaomi 13 will have a flat AMOLED display with a punch-hole design. By comparison, the Pro model will have a larger screen with curved edges. On the back, the Xiaomi 13 has three cameras, dual LED flash and a square-shaped camera module that houses the Leica branding.

Xiaomi 13 is a device with straight edges and rounded corners. On the right are the volume rocker and the power key. The top edge of the device has a pair of holes that could be for the microphone, IR blaster and speakers. On the bottom of the device, there is a SIM card slot, microphone, USB-C port and speaker grille. You can see the blue version of the phone with a leather back. The device is expected to come in green, black and white variants with a glass back cover.

The Xiaomi 13 v will have a 6.36-inch E6 AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The device on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor will receive up to 12 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 memory. It will have a 4500mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. For photography, the Xiaomi 13 will have a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 12-megapixel + 10-megapixel triple camera setup.
