Xiaomi has announced that the Redmi K60 and Redmi K60 Pro smartphones have gone on sale in the Chinese market today. Lu Weibing, who was appointed as the new president of Xiaomi Group in the international market right after the start of sales, officially announced that 300,000 smartphones were sold in 5 minutes.

Redmi K60 Pro is equipped with a single-crystal Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 system, a top AMOLED display with a resolution of 2K and a frequency of up to 120 Hz. Also, the Redmi K60 Pro is equipped with a new generation of LPDDR5X RAM with a capacity of up to 16GB. Bandwidth is 8533 Mbit/s, which is 33% higher than LPDDR5. The next generation of UFS 4.0 high-speed flash memory features sequential read speeds of up to 3.4 Gbit/s and sequential write speeds of up to 3.0 Gbits/s, almost twice the previous generation.

The Redmi K60 is equipped with the single-chip Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 system, which allows you to score over 1.1 million points on the popular AnTuTu test app. The phone is equipped with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash memory. The screen of this phone is the same as the old model.

Redmi K60 Pro has a 5,000mAh battery that can be fully charged in 19 minutes using the included 120W adapter. The Redmi K60 is equipped with a 5500 mAh battery, the phone supports 67 W wired charging. Both phones support 30-watt wireless charging.

The Redmi K60 Pro received a 50-megapixel Sony IMX800 image sensor with a 1/1.49 inch optical format. Redmi K60 Pro has a simpler sensor with 64 MP resolution.
