This novelty will surely please many fans. An insider doesn’t specify the memory options for the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus, but the Galaxy S23 Ultra comes in three options, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. As for RAM, Samsung will not break down: 8 GB in the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus, 12 GB in the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
