One of the companies that stood out when the stable version of Android 13 was offered to users was Samsung. The South Korean firm is currently updating its entry-level smartphones and has already upgraded most of its compatible models to One UI 5.0. On the other hand, One UI 5.1 is about to be released and its distribution is expected to start very soon. Finally, the first models with new frames appeared.

According to SamMobile, known for its close ties to Samsung, the Galaxy S23 series, which users can purchase from next month, will ship with Android 13-based One UI 5.1. After that, the updated version will start working. From that moment on, the first updated models began to appear.

Released in August 2022, Galaxy Z Fold 4 is being tested by the South Korean company with One UI version 5.1. One of the first devices to receive the update will be the foldable phone that came out of the box with Android 12 and One UI 4.1 before getting Android 13 a few weeks ago. Of course, other models other than the Galaxy S23 and Z Fold 4 series will also receive the update. The update is also being tested on Galaxy S22 models and they will start receiving it just a few days after the S23 launch event.
