Samsung has a mid-range smartphone lineup in the form of the Galaxy A series, and India already has several 5G smartphones from the lineup. Now, two more 5G smartphones from the Galaxy A series are coming to the Indian market. The South Korean giant has announced that two new 5G A series smartphones will be officially launched in the Indian market on January 18. “Being awesome is one thing, but boosting your awesome power is a whole new world,” the trailer says.

We recently reported that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G smartphone will launch in India on January 18th and now the Galaxy A23 5G will also launch in India on the same date. While the company has not officially revealed the names of the devices that will be launching in India in a few weeks, a source on the teaser page has revealed the names of both smartphones.

The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G smartphone was launched last August with a 6.6-inch Full HD+ 120Hz display. Under the hood, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor paired with an Adreno 619L GPU.

The device has up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal memory. In the camera section, there is a 50MP main camera sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro lens. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The phone runs on Android 13 operating system with a custom One UI 5 interface on top. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
