Samsung is preparing to introduce its latest generation flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S23 series. But ahead of the official announcement, a new leak hinted at various improvements coming to the top model. The latest leak comes from well-known whistleblower Ice Universe, who shared a tweet ahead of the launch of the Galaxy S23 series.
In an online post, he stated that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will come with various improvements beyond just feature updates to deliver a better flagship experience. The speakers will reportedly get a noticeable increase in quality for a better listening experience and will also offer better bass.
In addition, there are various improvements in the camera system. Ice Universe claims that slow focus issues that cause lags when using the camera app will be fixed on the next-gen S23 Ultra. This fixes the shutter lag and offers better image quality. Also, the whistleblower stated that the S23 Ultra will offer “excellent anti-shock”, which means there will be significant improvements to its stabilization.
This will likely be delivered via a hybrid of optical and electronic image stabilization (OIS+EIS) to reduce motion blur changes in photos. Finally, the quality of the microphone on the upcoming Samsung flagship has also been improved, thanks to new improvements that offer better quality both during calls and during video recording. Note that this is just speculation, so treat this report with some skepticism for now.
