OnePlus is trying to roll out the latest Android 13 update for a number of its smartphones. Now, Nord 2T is the latest to officially receive the stable build of OxygenOS 13. We recently reported that the Chinese smartphone maker has released Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 Beta for Nord 2T users in India. So it was a limited beta for the India region only and was also limited to a certain number of users. But now the brand is releasing a stable version of the latest Android version but unfortunately this update is also only available for download in India.

In other words, other regions should get the update soon. It is also the first major Android update since the device was released in May 2022. Alongside the major software update, the rollout also brings the December 2022 security patch and a ton of new features and improvements. The most notable addition is the Aquamorphic Design theme colors, which are claimed to offer improved visual comfort, among other visual changes that follow a similar philosophy.

There are also various performance optimizations. It has a dynamic computing engine that improves system speed, stability, battery life and application performance. There’s also the HyperBoost GPA 4.0 update to balance framerate and balance performance and power consumption in different situations. Finally, the update also improves the stability of mobile network connections.
