Features of Mac mini
- Apple promises that the new product will perform graphics tasks 50% faster than the Mac mini in the M1, thanks to the M2 chip.
- The design of the compact computer has not changed – it has remained exactly the same as the 2020 model.
- the company said 32 gigabytes of combined RAM memory and SSD for 8 terabytes in top configuration.
- All the usual ports are preserved in the case – 2xUSB-A, HDMI, Gigabit Ethernet (10 gigabit optional), 3.5mm headphone jack and 2xUSB-C Thunderbolt 4 (model with M2 Pro has up to 4 ports).
- Other features include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 support.

Interestingly, the new product is $100 cheaper than the previous model. The cost of the basic version of Mac mini (M2 + 8/256 gigabytes) $599.
