Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 smartphone owners have complained of cracks that suddenly appear on the device’s complex displays. This is reported by the PhoneArena portal.

Users encountering the problem claim that the screen cracked for no apparent reason – their phone has not been dropped or subjected to any other impact. At the same time, cracks appear after the warranty of the device expires, so it is impossible to return it to the store. The cost of replacing a complex screen with a new one is about $800, which is about 70% of the initial cost of the entire smartphone.

We already know several similar cases with similar symptoms – a crack along the bend, the absence of operational violations and manifestation after the expiration of the warranty. It is possible for US users to file a class action lawsuit against Samsung for compensation.
