Nokia X30 5G launched in India today. The Finnish brand has been making fun of the device on its Twitter account for the past few days. The latest offering was launched in global markets last September. The Indian variant also has the same features. The Nokia X30 5G competes with smartphones in the Rs 50,000 price range. The Nokia X30 5G is an eco-friendly smartphone made of 100% recycled aluminum and 65% plastic. It has a compact form factor and an octagonal rear camera module. The front panel of the device has a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a hole in the middle and a built-in fingerprint scanner. It offers FHD+ resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and 700 nits peak brightness. The smartphone is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus and has an IP67 waterproof certification.

The Nokia X30 5G features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS support, and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. 16MP front camera for selfies.

As hardware, the Nokia X30 5G runs on Snapdragon 695 processor, has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The smartphone is equipped with a 4200 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging support. On the software front, the device runs Android 12 out of the box and comes with three years of OS updates as well as monthly security updates.

The Nokia X30 5G is priced at Rs 48,999 and is available in Ice White and Cloudy Blue colours. Pre-bookings begin today on the brand’s website, Amazon and major retail outlets, with sales starting February 20.
