Xiaomi has announced the official launch date of the Xiaomi 13 series in the Malaysian market. The company plans to launch its latest generation flagship smartphones later this month. According to official reports, its 13-episode launch in Malaysia will be scheduled before its global release. The premium phone line will also launch in the Southeast Asia region on February 27, 2023, just one day after the brand went live globally at the MWC 2023 event in Barcelona. For those who don’t know, the series consists of the Xiaomi 13 and the high-end Xiaomi 13 Pro, both of which have the Leica branding on the camera.

Although there are also rumors that the Chinese tech giant is planning to launch the Xiaomi 13 Lite during a big event in Barcelona. For those who don’t know, the 13 Lite model in question is thought to be the rebranded version of Civi 2. Let’s not forget that the brand has not yet officially confirmed that it is working on such a budget phone. But this model probably won’t have a host of high-end features and features offered by its more expensive siblings.

The Xiaomi 13 series will be officially launched worldwide on February 26, 2023 at 23:00 (local time) and in the Malaysian market at around 14:00 on February 27, 2023.
