We recently looked at CAD renders of Apple’s iPhone 15 and 15 Pro, showcasing the design of the next-gen iPhone set to launch this year. Now we have another leak showing this high-end iPhone model in a new Dark Red special edition.

The news comes from 9To5Mac, which also shared CAD images of the iPhone 15 Pro earlier this week. In the final renders, we can see the iPhone 15 Pro in a new dark red color. It is not clear at the moment whether the company will really offer such a color option for its next-generation flagship iPhones. The Cupertino-based giant often offers custom color options for the more expensive Pro models.

For example, it launched Pacific Blue for the iPhone 12 Pro, Gray Blue for the iPhone 13 Pro, and Space Black and Dark Purple for the iPhone 14 Pro model. However, a source close to the company said that the iPhone 15 Pro model will come in a new dark red color (410D0D). However, this is not the only possible color for the device to launch, as other rumors also point to other special edition variants.

This will include possible light blue and pink color options. Note that this is just an unconfirmed report and the brand plans to release all or possibly none of these colors for the iPhone 15 Pro. The high-end model is expected to feature titanium, so we can expect it to choose some natural or space black tones to better match the new materials used in the upcoming smartphone.
