The published photos show a device with a very minimal design. Round screen with small bezel. Next to the wheel on the body is a single button, as well as what looks like a microphone or altimeter sensor.
On the back of the metal-looking case, there is an optical heart rate sensor. The watch is completed with a silicone strap, which attaches to the case with buckles and is similar to the straps used in Fitbit Versa and Sense smartwatches.
Unfortunately, the UI on this device does not load. When you try to open the watch, the Google logo appears, but no further downloads occur. Google’s first smartwatch is expected to run Wear OS 3.
Nothing more is known about the Pixel Watch at this time. According to some reports, Google may officially introduce the new one at its annual I/O event later next month.
