Along with this signature, a teaser image of the promising ZTE flagship has surfaced on Nubia’s Weibo social network page. This model will be half a step higher than the current flagship Nubia Z50.
The image shows a screen with slightly rounded corners and no cutouts for the front camera, as in ZTE’s tradition of placing it just below the screen. The phone was promised “coming soon”, so it will obviously be built on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It will likely have a better camera than the regular Nubia Z50, and some improvements are possible in the power subsystem part (e.g. a larger battery capacity or more power-conducting charging).
The name indicates that the new phone will compete with other Ultra flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and the promising Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
