Besides the design and the screen, the big difference is again in the camera.
We are faced with two terminals from the same family, which have a lot in common, but have certain points. important differences this will lead users to prefer one model over another. One of them, of course, is the screen.
Xiaomi offers us 13 “only dry”, a diagonal of 6.36 inches, and on the 12 Pro a diagonal of 6.73 inches. In both cases, the display panels have AMOLED technology and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
LPTO that allows the screen to dynamically change the refresh rate, yes, exclusive to the largest model. This is an advantage that can also positively affect battery performance.
The heart of this family is Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor. When it comes to the options available in Spain, the Xiaomi 13 can be configured with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage or 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. If we go for the most expensive model, our only option will be to buy it with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
At the photography level, as we mentioned above, the Pro model is the model that attracts all eyes. 50MP triple camera The main sensor is 1 inch (23 mm angular equivalent).
If we choose the “entry” model of this high-end, we will also have a triple camera configuration, but 50 MP main, 10 MP telephoto and 12 MP wide angle. The cameras on both models are signed by Leica.
As for the battery, both offerings have good capacity. 4,500 mAh for the Xiaomi 13 and 4,820 mAh for the 12 Pro. What is the difference? Mainly fast charging. 67 W for the first and 120 W for the second.
And of course, they also support 50W wireless charging, 10W reverse charging, Power Delivery 3.0 and Quick Charge 4+. Likewise, it includes a fingerprint reader under the screen and Android 13 and MIUI 14, 13 years of updates for the operating system and 4 years of security patches.
Price and availability of Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro
Xiaomi’s new high-end smartphones will be available in Spain from March 8th. They will come with the following prices and versions:
- Xiaomi 138 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB (in Black, White and Flora Green): Starting at 999 euros.
- xiaomi 13 pro12 GB + 256 GB (in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White): 1,399 euros.
