Vivo’s new devices are very similar to each other. at the design level both repeat with a huge camera module, a front that stands out with bright colors and a curved panel. The main difference here is the resolution, Quad HD+ on the Pro model and Full HD+ on the standard model. Both models feature AMOLED technology and refresh rate up to 120 Hz.
If we talk about hardware, then the power is practically the same. Both models mount the MediaTek Dimensity 9000, which, according to synthetic tests, is one of the best processors of the moment (outputting even the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 gen 1). The Pro variant has two versions, one with Qualcomm and the other with MediaTek.This seems like a clear indication that this phone will land in a few markets.
Both can be configured with up to 12 + 512GB memory and also have 80W fast charging system. battery 4,500mAh in standard model, 4,700mAh in Pro.
Differences in cameras as well, though both Share ISP signed by Vivo and lenses by Zeiss. The main sensor is not the same, although both are 50 megapixels. Samsung’s new 50-megapixel ISOCELL 3.0 VNG is reserved for the Pro, with standard model bets on the IMX866. The X80 Pro opts for a higher resolution ultra-wide angle and 8-megapixel periscopic camera. 5x optical zoom. The second telephoto lens is designed for portrait mode equivalent to 50mm.

The Vivo X80 and X80 Pro are available for sale starting at 525 Euros for the most basic model of the X80 and 781 Euros for the Pro variant. The standard variant is drawn quite cheaply regarding their technical specifications, but we will see how these prices will increase if these devices come to Europe.
