iQOO is expected to announce the iQOO Z7 5G in India later this month. Now the brand is gradually revealing the key features of the device. A tweet by the brand revealed the design of the front of the Z7. The tweet below reveals that the iQOO Z7 5G will feature a thick-chin drop display. On the right side of the device there is a volume rocker and a power button. Even its predecessor, the iQOO Z6, had a teardrop-shaped display. However, while the Z6 has an LCD panel, the Z7 seems to have an AMOLED display.

Z6 was powered by Snapdragon 695. A recent leak has revealed that the Z7 may be powered by the more powerful Dimensity 920 chipset. Other Z7 specs are still unknown. It seems that the main camera of the device will be equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS). According to a recent report, the iQOO Z7 5G may launch in India on March 21. The lineup is also said to include the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G, but it doesn’t look like it will launch alongside the Z7.

iQOO is working on the iQOO Z7 series for the Chinese market. The iQOO Z7x can be powered by Snapdragon 695 chipset and a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The iQOO Z7 may come with a Snapdragon 782G chip and a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The Z7 and Z7x are expected to launch in the Chinese market earlier this month.
