The DxOMark laboratory has published the results of the sound system test of the flagship smartphone Xiaomi Mix Fold 2, which scored 121 and took the 66th place in the global rating. The smartphone did not have a 3.5 connector for connecting headphones, while it received three speakers with support for Dolby Atmos technology.

According to the test results, experts concluded that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 sounds better at high volumes, has a vague spatial sound and more artifacts than expected.

Our audio experts found the maximum volume to be average and the minimum volume too low for quiet content to be well understood. During our testing, we found a number of undesirable audio artifacts, including compression and distortion at all volumes.
