Popular tech blogger Marques Brownlee, also known as MKBHD, showed off the yellow iPhone 14 Plus that he introduced on March 7 in his new video.
According to the blogger, the smartphone came out in a pale yellow hue. Brownlee compared the iPhone 14 Plus to the yellow iPhone Xr, a map of the New York subway, and even a banana that appears darker on the background of the smartphone.
“The only part of the smartphone that looks dark is the side edges, which are slightly closer to gold”– stated MKBHD.
In all the rest, the yellow iPhone 14 and 14 Plus are no different from other models in the series that were presented in September 2022. Apple usually launches its smartphones in new colors in the spring to boost mid-term sales of the device.
The iPhone 14 Plus is Apple’s first number-one smartphone with a 6.7-inch display. Previously, only Pro versions were produced with such a diagonal, and iPhone mini models with a 5.4-inch screen were offered instead of Plus.
