On Wednesday, Samsung introduced the Galaxy A34 and A54 as its latest mid-range phones. The two phones under the flagship S23 series have an impressive display. The company, which has been circulating on various certification sites lately, seems to be working on another A-series phone. The smartphone could be called Galaxy A24 and today a report has revealed its specs along with some colorful visuals.
Israeli broadcaster Gadgety has released images of the new Galaxy A24 4G in 4 colors: black, silver, burgundy and lime green. The design of the device is not much different from the recently launched Galaxy A34. It has three camera rings on the back and a flat screen on the front. The screen has thick bezels and a drop notch. It is reported that the smartphone is 8.3 inches thick and weighs 195 grams.
According to the report, the Galaxy A24 will have a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED FHD + display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a brightness of 1000 nits. It will be equipped with Vision Booster technology, which not only makes the screen brighter, but also claims to support better color accuracy. The smartphone may be powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
It may come with a microSD slot that will help you expand your storage up to 1TB. The phone is said to have a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is rarely seen on Samsung phones these days. It is expected to have a 5,000mAh battery and support 25W charging.
In the camera department, the Galaxy A24 can get three main cameras, including a 13-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.0 aperture) and a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) and f/1.8 aperture. There could also be a 5-megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
