Xiaomi is expected to hold its next big event in China in April. At the event, devices such as Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro are expected to be introduced. Ahead of its anticipated launch, the alleged Xiaomi 13 Ultra has been confirmed by Chinese TENAA.
China’s 3C authority has recently approved a Xiaomi device with model number 2304FPN6DC. The same phone now has TENAA certification, as seen in the image below. This device is said to be the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Ultra. While the listing does not contain any information on technical specifications, it seems that the device is slowly approaching the launch.
The 3C certification for the Xiaomi 13 Ultra revealed that the device may come with 90W wired charging support. Reports have also revealed that the device will offer 50W wireless charging. Last year’s Xiaomi 12S Ultra has a 4860mAh battery. As such, the 13 Ultra is likely to come with a battery of the same size.

As part of the quad camera setup tuned by Leica, the rear of the device will feature a 50-megapixel 1-inch Sony IMX989 camera sensor, ultra-wide-angle lens, telephoto lens and periscopic zoom camera. The device is expected to run Android 13 based on MIUI 14.
The 13 Ultra will likely feature a 6.73-inch E6 AMOLED display with curved edges that supports QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Like the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, the Ultra model is expected to have Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. Its top variant may offer 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device is expected to launch in the global market in May.
