Yesterday, Redmi confirmed that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will launch in China on March 28. It will be the first phone to feature the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 chipset. A poster released yesterday revealed the phone’s rear design. Now, Redmi has released a new teaser for the Redmi Note 12 Turbo that gives more details about its design.

Redmi claims that the bezels of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo are thinner than those of the iPhone 14. The new posters show that the Note 12 Turbo has ultra-thin bezels on all four sides, with the side bezels measuring 1.95mm and the top bezel. 1.42 mm, jaw – 2.2 mm.

Thanks to the thin bezels, the OLED panel of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will occupy 93.4% of the area. The device will be equipped with a metal frame instead of a plastic frame. The Redmi Note 12 Turbo weighs 191 grams and is only 7.9 mm thick. It packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 67W fast charging, certified by 3C certification. According to Redmi, the smartphone will offer 1.3 days of battery life.

The phone may also have an under-display fingerprint scanner, but this is yet to be confirmed. The posters also revealed that the device is equipped with a 64-megapixel triple camera, dual stereo speakers, a 3.5mm audio jack, and an IR blaster.

The device is expected to have a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED display, a 16MP front camera and a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup. It will be equipped with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will run on Android 13 based on MIUI 14.
