At the design level, both terminals share the same lines as the Pro models. Quite elegant lines and striking colors for this Redmi Note 12. Its 6.67-inch panel with AMOLED technology, a 120 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness peak of up to 1,200 nits. Definitely, One of the strongest aspects of both phones is the screen, at least on paper.
The biggest difference between the two models is in the processor. Both have Qualcomm hearts, but Redmi Note 12 5G comes with Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 5G. In the middle of the entry-range to mid-range is a processor accompanied by configurations up to 6 + 128 GB.
In the case of the Redmi Note 12 in the 4G version, the chosen platform is Qualcomm Snadragon 695, but in this case the maximum version is 4 + 128 GB, which is quite fair in RAM memory for these times.
The photo system is the same with a 48 + 8 + 2 megapixel triple camera. The only difference is that in the case of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G selfie has a slightly higher resolution: 16 megapixels instead of 13 megapixels.
At the software level, both come with Android 12 and MIUI 14; It’s a bittersweet taste to know that these two middle classes are outdated when they should have been born with Android 13.
The Redmi Note 12 is now coming to Spain and is available for purchase from major distributors. Its price starts at 249.99 euros and reaches almost 300 euros for the Redmi Note 12 5G in its most powerful configuration.
